We believe that there is no science without a natural foundation. Yet, nature cannot work with science if it’s not properly understood. Yoovida combines and understands both with the goal of supporting your body’s regenerative system in the most effective way. Here is how we came up with the idea: 

Your body is a wonderland. That’s a fact. So, we were seeking a product that could help us celebrate that fact, while also helping our bodies to do their thing. For us, Ayurveda was the solution. Ayurveda is considered to be the oldest health care system in the world, a holistic and integrative form of medicine dating back more than five millennia. Aside from simply concentrating on the alleviation of physical symptoms, it considers the body, the mind, and prana, the energy. This helps enhance strength, vitality, and clarity on a physical, mental and social scale. In the case of Yoovida, we see soil as a fourth important pillar, as each ingredient is grown organically and is harvested by cooperatives of local farmers. All this happens with the utmost care for the environment, the ingredients are grown in – either Southern India’s rainforest or small farms around the country. That’s how we keep our quality high, nature happy and our bodies supported.
